It's been quite the year

As 2006 wraps up, I can't help but wax nostalgic. Mostly because I've got so much free time and all, but also because I'm multi-faceted.

2006 kicked off with a bang. I almost died in January, after overdosing on insulin. After rehab and many hours of therapy, I've kicked the habit completely.

I've lived in four different places this year. From St. Paul, Little Canada and Maplewood in my beloved East Side, to the western suburb of Maple Plain.

All told, I think I like the ritz and glamour of Lake Minnetonka the best.

My owner and I were torn apart in August, after I was discovered living as an illegal stowaway. But as fate would have it, we would be reunited a few short months later. And you know what? I think I liked him better over a long distance relationship.

And just a few weeks ago, I had an anal sacs infection. I guess that was to cap off the year.

Who knows what 2007 will bring for this handsome fellow?
